By accessing or using Feelesso ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Feelesso is an education discovery platform that helps students in India find colleges, courses, scholarships, and fee waivers. We provide tools for college comparison, AI-assisted matching, application management, and counselling.

Important: Feelesso is a discovery and application management platform. We do not guarantee admission to any college. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective colleges.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in applications or profiles
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise Platform security
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to inject harmful code
• Abuse AI features with prompt injection or attempts to extract system data

5. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (college match, career counsellor, student assistant) are provided as decision-support tools only. AI recommendations:

• Are not a substitute for professional educational counselling
• May not reflect the most current college information
• Should be verified with the respective college before making decisions
• Do not constitute a guarantee of admission eligibility

6. Documents and Data

Documents you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant Feelesso a limited licence to store and share them with the colleges and counsellors you engage with through the Platform.

7. Partner Colleges

Partner colleges listed on Feelesso are independent institutions. Feelesso is not responsible for the accuracy of college-provided information, admission decisions, fee structures, or course availability. Always verify information directly with the college.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and technology is the property of Feelesso. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Feelesso is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feelesso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to admission outcomes, counselling advice, or AI recommendations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
