Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees collected by Feelesso through the Platform, including application processing fees and counselling session fees. It does not apply to fees paid directly to colleges.

2. Application Processing Fees

When the payment system is active:

• Application processing fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to a college
• If a technical error prevents submission, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment

3. Counselling Session Fees

When the payment system is active:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session: full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: no refund
• Counsellor-initiated cancellations: full refund

4. Refund Process

When the payment system is active, approved refunds will be:

• Processed to the original payment method
• Completed within 5–10 business days
• Confirmed via email notification

5. College Fees

Feelesso does not collect or manage fees paid directly to colleges. For refunds of college application fees or tuition, contact the respective college directly.
