Feelesso is an education discovery platform that helps students find colleges, courses, scholarships, and fee waivers in India. We connect students with partner colleges and counsellors to support their admission journey.

• Account data: Name, email address, mobile number, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Profile data: Academic history, preferred courses, location, budget, career goals
• Application data: Application forms, uploaded documents (mark sheets, certificates, ID proof)
• Counselling data: Session notes, counsellor communications, scheduling information
• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, colleges saved, comparisons made
• AI interaction data: Chat messages with AI assistants, career counselling sessions
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security and analytics)

We share your data only as necessary:

• Partner colleges: When you apply to a college, relevant application data is shared with that college only
• Counsellors: Session-relevant profile data is shared with your assigned counsellor
• AI providers: Chat messages are processed by OpenAI under their data processing agreement. We do not share personally identifiable information unnecessarily
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used for platform analytics
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

Documents you upload (mark sheets, certificates, ID proof) are stored securely and are:

• Accessible only to you, your assigned counsellor, and the college you applied to
• Not publicly accessible via direct URL
• Logged when accessed by college or counsellor staff
• Retained for the duration required by applicable regulations

Our AI features (college match, career counsellor, student assistant) operate under strict controls:

• AI tools only access data you are authorised to see
• AI cannot independently submit applications, cancel sessions, or modify college data
• AI responses are not stored beyond your session unless you explicitly save them
• AI is not used to make automated decisions about your admission eligibility

We use cookies for:

• Essential cookies: Session management and authentication (required)
• Analytics cookies: Understanding how users interact with the platform (requires consent)
